Our founder?
Born and raised in Peru, Edward Soto has always been passionate about sharing the amazing culinary experience that Peru has to offer. He ensures that every plate will transport you to Peru itself.
"The concept of Quechuas's Peru Restaurant emerged when my son, at the age of four, expressed his love for pollo a la brasa and suggested the idea of opening a Peruvian restaurant. His enthusiasm and desire to enjoy this dish every day sparked the creation of Quechuas's. Now, my son is one of my most discerning customers, and the satisfaction of witnessing his appreciation for the authenticity of our Peruvian cuisine is my greatest achievement."
